The technician is responsible for completing work orders, managing apartment turnovers, and maintaining electrical, plumbing, and heating systems. They must also ensure building safety standards are met and maintain documentation for fire suppression and alarm systems.
Candidates must have at least one year of experience as a Maintenance Technician and a high school diploma. Knowledge of general maintenance processes, tools, and common appliances is required, with HVAC or CMRP certifications preferred.
