Requires 4-8 years of industry experience and a valid driver's license for a field-based role with 50% travel. Proficiency in Xactimate and property estimation is essential, with a bachelor's degree preferred.

Position Summary:The Property Mid Loss Adjuster applies broad knowledge of current Company policy, applicable regulatory standards and procedural changes to investigate, evaluate and settle moderate to complex Homeowner's property claims in a timely and efficient manner as to prevent unnecessary expense to the Company and policyholders, and provide exceptional service to our customers.

$83,670 to $161,815(NJ, NY, WA, HI, AK, MD, CT, RI, MA)
$76,064 to $147,104 (NV, OR, AZ, CO, WY, TX, ND, MN, MO, IL, WI, FL, GA, MI, OH, VA, PA, DE, VT, NH, ME)
$68,457 to $132,394 (UT, ID, MT, NM, SD, NE, KS, OK, IA, AR, LA, MS, AL, TN, KY, IN, SC, NC, WV)
In CA: Typical hiring range is $110,468.25 to $135,016.75
The expected base salary for this position will vary depending on a number of factors, including relevant experience, skills and location.
