The Maintenance Technician performs a wide variety of repairs including electrical, plumbing, and interior wall work. Responsibilities include conducting annual unit inspections and ensuring unit turnovers are completed within five days.
Candidates must have at least 1-2 years of apartment maintenance experience and a high school diploma or GED. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and skills in plumbing and electrical work are required.

This position is for a full-time Maintenance Technician I at Seven Maples and Coronado Plaza, a 57-unit senior community and 68-unit family community in Los Angeles, CA. This is a tax-credit property. Must have 1+ year of related apartment maintenance experience and skills in plumbing and electrical. Must be willing to do janitorial duties. Salary range: $21.00 -$32.00 per hour; hiring range for new employees is generally $21.00-$26.50 per hour, DOE. Please note an offer will take into consideration the experience of the final candidate and the current salary level of individuals working at EAH in a similar role.

The Maintenance Technician II performs a wide variety of Maintenance Duties. This position is expected to be able to repair and maintain most items on a property without outside vendor assistance. Generally, the Maintenance Technician II works at a property with 100+ units.
EAH Housing conducts criminal background checks on all candidates who have received a conditional job offer. Any verified discrepancy (resume or online application) may delay your background check results and/or affect your eligibility to work at EAH.
