The Accounts Payable Clerk manages full-cycle accounts payable, including invoice processing, payment processing, and vendor statement reconciliation. They also support financial operations through job cost tracking, month-end close assistance, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Candidates must have 1–3 years of accounts payable or general accounting experience and proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop. Strong data entry skills, attention to detail, and a solid understanding of general ledger coding are required.
