Oversee small project teams to lead the design, permitting, and production of modular prefabricated homes. Collaborate with clients and external consultants to ensure projects align with needs and comply with building codes.
Requires a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture and 5-12 years of professional experience in residential projects. Proficiency in Revit and a strong understanding of the residential permitting process are essential.
