The Industrial Mechanical Estimator will analyze project design and construction documents to develop accurate cost estimates for chemical and gas systems. They will also collaborate with subcontractors and vendors to validate budgets and identify opportunities to increase project profitability.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or construction field and at least two years of construction estimating experience. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks is required, along with strong communication and organizational skills.
Position Summary: The Industrial Mechanical Estimator will work within the Estimating department and will report directly to the Mechanical Estimating Director. They will work closely with the entire mechanical estimating team. The Industrial Mechanical Estimator will analyze project design and construction documents related to all mechanical scopes to determine the needs of various projects, provide solutions to increase profitability, and develop cost estimates. The primary focus will be on chemical and gas systems within micro-chip facilities. This position will be fully in-office.
Salary range: $120,000 to $150,000, depending on location and experience.
