The Design Coordinator guides home buyers through the selection of finishes for their new homes and ensures all selection sheets are accurate and timely. They also collaborate with management to design speculative inventory homes based on current market trends.
The ideal candidate should have an outgoing personality, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage customer expectations effectively. An Associate’s Degree in design or a related field is preferred.
As a Designer in our Indianapolis Office, you will work one-on-one with our home buyers in selecting their new home finishes. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service by guiding the customer through their design center appointment and informing them on the materials that will be in their home.
