The Senior Property Accountant manages all accounting aspects for the Milhaus Management portfolio, including reviewing general ledger financial statements and preparing monthly reporting packages. They are responsible for revenue and expense analysis, cash flow projections, and coordinating with property management and external auditors.
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required, with 3-5+ years of accounting experience and a preference for real estate or property management backgrounds. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software like Yardi or Entrata is expected, and a CPA is preferred.

The Senior Property Accountant will be responsible for all aspects of accounting for various properties that are part of the Milhaus Management portfolio. They will review, maintain, and analyze the general ledger financial statements for assigned properties and their related partners and/or corporate entities. They will team closely with Milhaus Management, on-site property staff, and other internal stakeholders, to provide accurate financial reporting packages each month for their assigned properties. They will exhibit strong accounting, analytical and communication skills.
