The Service Technician is responsible for performing preventative maintenance, repairs, and start-ups on commercial and industrial HVAC systems. They must also manage customer relationships, document all service activities, and ensure equipment is maintained according to engineering specifications.
Candidates must have at least 6 years of commercial or industrial HVAC service experience and strong knowledge of mechanical components and controls. A valid driver's license, the ability to pass a background check, and physical capability to lift up to 75 lbs are required.
