Oversee the day-to-day activities of the Engineering department on the 3rd shift, focusing on maintenance, construction, and staff training. Ensure facility reliability through routine inspections and the management of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
Requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field with 5 years of supervisory experience, or 8 years of progressive engineering experience. Must possess journeyman or master level trade skills and be able to obtain necessary gaming and state licenses.

The incumbent in this position is responsible for developing an environment that creates excitement for both guests and team members. They are responsible for the direction of day-to-day activities of the Engineering department on an assigned shift as well as training, promoting and retaining a highly skilled work force of individuals who complete maintenance and construction duties in a safe, timely and cost-efficient manner.
These skills and abilities are typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Electrical Engineering or Environmental Management in addition to a minimum of five years’ general engineering supervisory experience and/or through a minimum of eight years’ progressive engineering experience and/or closely related field in a comparably sized operation with five years of supervisory experience.
