The Individual Giving Manager will develop and execute annual giving strategies to cultivate donor relationships and grow the organization's philanthropic support. They are responsible for managing the fundraising database, coordinating direct mail and email campaigns, and supporting major giving and legacy programs.
Candidates must have an Associate's degree with 3 years of professional fundraising and database experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience. A valid state motor vehicle operator's license is also required.

As our Individual Giving Manager, you'll play a leading role in inspiring generosity, cultivating lasting donor relationships, and helping transform ambitious conservation and community projects into reality.
This is an opportunity to build a best-in-class individual giving program that celebrates every donor's impact—from first-time supporters to lifelong champions. You'll lead meaningful stewardship experiences, develop innovative fundraising strategies, and help donors see how their generosity protects natural habitats, expands outdoor recreation, preserves local history, and creates healthier communities for generations to come.
