The Facility Coordinator supports all facets of integrated facility management including the facility operations, maintenance, logistics, employee services and fire, life and safety. The position ensures a safe, productive, comfortable, and clean working environment for building occupants. This role requires a highly versatile individual who blends hands-on technical abilities (building maintenance, shipping/receiving, and large equipment operation) with stellar "white-glove" customer service. Ideal candidates have a strong background in commercial facilities support, safety regulations, and proactive team collaboration.
