The Real Estate Analyst will assist with the due diligence, underwriting, and financial modeling of prospective and existing development projects. They will also monitor financial performance, analyze market trends, and prepare presentation materials for internal and external stakeholders.
Candidates must hold a degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field and possess advanced Excel and financial modeling skills. 1 to 3 years of real estate development experience is preferred, along with strong analytical and communication abilities.
