The Superintendent is responsible for overseeing site safety, supervising project teams, and managing the overall construction schedule and budget. They act as a primary liaison between clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered according to specifications.
Candidates should have a Journeyman certificate or an engineering degree, with a preference for 10 years of progressive field supervision experience. Required certifications include NCSO, with a strong proficiency in scheduling software and construction industry operations.
