The Project Manager oversees asphalt, concrete, and heavy civil construction projects from award through closeout, ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget. They coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients while managing project documentation, financial performance, and regulatory compliance.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of project management experience in heavy civil or paving construction. A degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering is preferred, along with proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office.

The Project Manager is responsible for the successful execution of asphalt paving, concrete, and heavy civil construction projects from project award through closeout. This position works closely with the Estimating, Contracts, Operations, and Field Management teams to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with contract requirements and company quality standards.
The ideal candidate is an organized and proactive leader with strong communication, financial management, and problem-solving skills who thrives in a fast-paced construction environment.
