Candidates should have experience in construction and the ability to work with various power and non-powered hand tools. The role requires physical stamina, including the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive movements.

SUMMARY
Mortenson is currently seeking a Solar Laborer that will be responsible for the preparation, handling, and supplying of materials to be used by other crafts.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Solar general labor tasks that include:
Responsible for the preparation, handling and supplying of materials to be used by other crafts
Solar panel install
Rigging
Racking assembly
Torque tube assembly
Pile layout
General cleanup and clearing of debris.
QUALIFICATIONS
Lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling over 50 lbs will be done with assistance of another team member or equipment.
