The Facilities Technician is responsible for installing and repairing various restaurant components including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and structural elements. They must also respond to service calls and maintain the interior and exterior appearance of multiple restaurant locations.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in maintenance and repair with a strong knowledge of various trades. A valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and excellent troubleshooting and communication skills are required.
We are looking for a facilities maintenance technician with integrity, a strong work ethic, a professional appearance and demeanor, and a good overall knowledge of all trades—from Carpentry, Tiling, Painting and Drywalling to light Plumbing, Electrical, and HVAC. Must also display excellent customer service skills, including solid communication and interpersonal abilities, and the ability to interact in a positive way with customers, fellow employees, management, and office personnel.
