The Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine repairs and maintenance on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance systems. They also manage apartment turns to ensure units are move-in ready and provide excellent customer service to residents.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of maintenance experience and proficiency in at least two technical trades. The role requires a flexible schedule, including on-call availability and the ability to perform physical tasks.
