Lead fire protection engineering for R&D, focusing on detection, suppression, and life safety for modular data centers and BTM plants. Own the fire protection reference design and drive AHJ strategies to ensure first-of-a-kind designs are approved.
Requires extensive experience leading fire protection engineering for industrial or mission-critical facilities and deep expertise in NFPA codes. A Professional Engineer (PE) license and experience with BESS or liquid-cooled environments are highly desired.

Lead fire protection engineering for R&D: detection, suppression, and life safety for modular data centers and BTM plants.
Own the fire protection reference design: systems selected, coded, and standardized across novel occupancies.

Set the technical bar and grow the discipline as the portfolio scales.

You've led fire protection engineering for industrial, mission-critical, or energy facilities.
You've gotten unusual designs through AHJs by engineering, not arguing.
You know the codes cold: NFPA 13, 72, 75, 855, and the ones that surprise people.
You've evaluated suppression trade-offs for high-value electronics and energy systems.
You've built fire protection standards others design to.
Bonus: PE in fire protection. Performance-based design. BESS fire protection. Liquid-cooled environment protection.
