WinnCompanies is searching for a Maintenance Technician II to join our team at Ledgewood Village, a 180-unit affordable housing community located in Asheville, NC.
In this role, you will perform maintenance functions in the community, including rental units, residential common areas, office, grounds and parking lots.
The pay range for this role is $23.00-$26.00 per hour. The selected candidate will adhere to the following schedule: Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM with a rotating on-call schedule every other 3 weeks.
