Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial and commercial HVAC equipment, including chillers, pumps, and ventilation systems. Utilize building automation systems and CMMS to track conditions and ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.
Requires a high school diploma and at least 5 years of experience as an HVAC/R technician in industrial or commercial environments. Must be a US citizen or permanent resident with the ability to work with 3-phase power and perform physically demanding tasks.
