Candidates must be experienced with all types of heavy equipment for dirt and site projects and be able to interpret technical specifications. Previous FDOT experience is preferred.

We are seeking an Earthwork Foreman. The Foreman will directly supervise and coordinate activities of the crew and may also engage in the trade work of the employees being supervised.
Key Duties:
Directly supervises a crew.
Reports on work to Superintendent.
Experienced on all types of heavy equipment for dirt and site projects.
Reads, understands, and interprets drawings and specifications.
Reports on time and materials.
Monitors the implementation of safety orientations and provides coaching for improvement.
Perform other duties as assigned.
FDOT experience is preferred.
