Required qualifications include experience in customer service. Preferred qualifications include six months of experience in a medical office and with Electronic Medical Record or Practice Management systems.

This position is responsible for scheduling patients, obtaining necessary documentation and coordinating aspects of patient care to ensure continuity of care. Position performs prior authorizations when necessary. A PCC will perform all duties in a manner which promotes team concept and reflects the mission and values of the facility.
