Affinity is looking for a detail-oriented person to serve as Deposit Processing Administrator. The ideal candidate will have a collaborative mindset and exceptional organizational skills.
What you’ll do:
Maintain and organize member documentation files
Reviews and processes registered plan documentation, and completes year-end requirements for registered and non-registered deposits
Complete year-end requirements for registered and non-registered deposits, following government regulations and other requirements
Estate administrative duties including document preparation and account monitoring
Providing support, expertise and hands-on support to provide the optimal member experience
