Provide member support and financial advice through various technology-enabled channels including phone, web chat, and video. Handle banking transactions and offer digital banking solutions to resolve member problems.
Requires a post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field or equivalent experience. Candidates must be proficient in using digital channels and have knowledge of financial products and services.
