The Proposal Writer manages the full proposal lifecycle, creating high-quality and compliant content for federal RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs. This includes collaborating with subject matter experts and maintaining boilerplate libraries to ensure persuasive submissions.
Candidates need a bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in proposal or technical writing for federal government contracts. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a strong understanding of GovCon RFP structures are required.

Working closely with the Business Development team, this role ensures all technical, management, and past performance volumes are persuasive and adhere strictly to solicitation instructions.
The salary range for this position is between $100,000 and $140,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
