The Assistant Property Manager supports the Senior Property Manager in rent collection, applicant processing, and budget maintenance. They are also responsible for managing public inquiries, conducting unit inspections, and preparing for government audits.
Candidates need at least three years of residential property management experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software. Experience with Section Eight, Low Income Housing Tax Credits, and a valid VA Driver's License are preferred.
