The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for planning, forecasting, and reporting client profitability while managing complex Excel-based financial models. They will collaborate with internal teams to identify operational variances and provide strategic insights to business leaders.
Candidates should have at least 4 years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis, preferably within the BPO industry. Proficiency in Excel-based modeling and Hyperion Essbase is required, along with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
What you’ll be doing:
Under general supervision, this position will be responsible for planning, forecasting, and reporting client profitability. The role also requires that all new business is added to their portfolio correctly and managed following the same process. The successful candidate will need to work independently across multiple internal groups and teams to get the data required to finalize their client profitability models. The successful candidate will demonstrate a willingness to learn the industry and how TTEC oversees their business to ensure they model accurately. Candidates must have strong problem-solving capabilities to think outside of the box and the ability to adapt and overcome through different types of obstacles. The candidate must demonstrate good communication skills, both written and spoken.
