Responsibilities
Manage and support daily call centre operations
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth processes
Prepare and maintain reports using MS Excel and PowerPoint
Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders
Ensure compliance with operational procedures and standards
Qualifications
Strong communication skills in both English and Urdu
