Overview

We are looking to hire one resource with relevant experience in call centre operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, be proficient in reporting tools, and be capable of working collaboratively across departments in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and support daily call centre operations
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth processes
  • Prepare and maintain reports using MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with operational procedures and standards

Qualifications

  • Strong communication skills in both English and Urdu
  • Good understanding of call centre operations and cross-functional departments
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Minimum 1 year of call centre experience, or at least 6 months of experience as a Team Lead (TL) or Quality Analyst (QA)
  • Willingness to work primarily evening shifts
