The Payroll Specialist manages all payroll processing activities, including calculating wages, bonuses, and deductions while ensuring compliance with legal regulations. They are also responsible for maintaining employee records, resolving payroll discrepancies, and training staff on HRIS systems.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least five years of proven payroll processing experience, preferably with Paylocity. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite are required to handle sensitive financial data.

The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for all payroll processing activities of the organization including payroll related inquiries, maintenance of employee records and providing exceptional service to our staff.

The schedule for this full-time position is generally Monday through Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, though work outside these days/hours may be required depending on the business need and the Payroll Calendar needs.
