At Lookers, we have a fantastic opportunity for a Warranty Administrator to join our growing team, processing warranty claims to manufacturer standards. You will ensure accurate submissions of warranty and goodwill claims on a daily basis, in addition to monitoring daily, weekly and monthly warranty reports.
The Warranty Administrator is responsible for processing and managing all warranty claims for the dealership, ensuring compliance with manufacturer guidelines and maximising reimbursement. This role requires attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and a solid understanding of automotive repairs and warranty policies.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised and has the ability to build and develop relationships with customers, colleagues and manufacturers. You’ll be self-motivated with a friendly yet professional manner, ambitious and enthusiastic, and can work well under pressure to meet deadlines with diligence and accuracy.
