As part of the Claims Administration Team, this role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to customers, claimants, clients and services providers. Working closely with the Claims Administrator Team this role involves, answering incoming telephone call, entering notes of the phone calls onto the claim databases, and working with internal and external client systems, and general back up of the Claims Administration Team 

Responsibilities

• Making clear file notes of the phone conversations in the claims database
• Management of shared inboxes and distributing correspondence to the appropriate claims handlers.
• Administrative back up of the claims admin team
• Assist with meeting room bookings

Supporting own as well as the achievement of company goals and vision

• Support Administrative team members as required
• Dedication to personal growth and development aligned with our DWF values and behaviours 

Utilisation of Claims Databases

• Entering and opening claims and incidents
• Saving e-mails and documents
• Preparing letters
• Basic system maintenance as required
• Support Claims Admin Team members as required

What will help you succeed in this role?

Customer care call support

• Customer care call support

• Answering incoming calls for the Australian Claims team

• Creating a first positive and lasting impression, for our clients and their injured customers, both on the phone and through correspondence

• Providing feedback to the clients of the phone call.

• Entering incidents where required.

• Making file notes in the claims database and files summarising the phone calls.

• Creation of incident call status and update reports as requested
