Conduct structured interviews and collect survey data for statistical studies. Accurately record, verify and organize responses for analysis and reporting.

Main Duties
Conduct interviews with respondents by phone, online, or in person using standardized questionnaires.
Administer, explain and clarify survey questions to ensure accurate and complete responses.
Record, transcribe and enter responses accurately into databases or survey software.
Verify and validate collected data, identify inconsistencies, and follow up with respondents as required.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection protocols and established survey procedures.
Prepare and submit completed survey forms, maintain records, and assist with basic reporting and data cleaning.
Requirements
Secondary school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in social sciences, statistics, or office administration is an asset.
Experience conducting interviews, surveys, or performing clerical data collection preferred.
Strong numeracy, attention to detail and accuracy for data entry and verification tasks.
Proficiency with computers, survey software, and spreadsheet applications.
Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to interact professionally with diverse respondents.
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends when required, and ability to travel locally as needed.
