Job Summary
Perform stocking and order fulfillment tasks to maintain accurate and attractive store displays. Support store operations by receiving shipments, replenishing inventory, and assisting customers and team members.

Main Duties
Receive, inspect and unpack incoming shipments and verify contents against invoices or packing lists.
Stock shelves, racks and displays ensuring correct product placement, pricing and rotation of perishable items.
Replenish sales floor and backstock, monitor inventory levels and report shortages to supervisors.
Prepare and pack customer orders, process returns and stage items for pickup or delivery.
Operate manual material handling equipment such as hand trucks and pallet jacks and maintain clean, safe work areas.
Assist customers and staff by locating products, answering basic inquiries and supporting inventory counts.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous experience in retail stocking, warehouse or order filling is an asset.
Ability to perform physical tasks for extended periods, including lifting, bending and standing.
Basic numeracy and record-keeping skills for inventory and order processing.
Availability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends and holidays as required.
Ability to follow workplace safety procedures and operate basic handling equipment safely.
