Main Duties
Identify and prospect potential clients through cold calling, networking, referrals, and lead follow-up.
Assess clients' financial needs, goals, and risk tolerance to recommend appropriate products and services.
Prepare and present product proposals, quotes, and application documentation to clients.
Execute sales transactions, process applications, and coordinate with operations for account setup and servicing.
Maintain accurate client records, follow-up activities, and sales reports in customer relationship management systems.
Stay informed about product features, market developments, and regulatory requirements; participate in ongoing training.
Requirements
Post-secondary diploma or degree in business, finance, economics, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proven sales experience, preferably in financial services, banking, or a related industry.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
Proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and common digital communication tools.
Demonstrated ability to manage a sales pipeline, meet targets, and work independently with attention to detail.
