The associate will lead client teams in servicing a blue-chip list of companies. They will be responsible for managing extensive client contact and handling various business immigration matters.
Candidates must have five to ten years of experience with specific visa types including H-1B, L-1, O-1, and I-140s. Experience in drafting PERMs is considered a plus.
Our New York office is looking for a Business Immigration associate with five to ten years of experience. Must have prior experience with H-1Bs, L-1s, O-1s, TNs, E-3s, E-2s, I-140s (EB-1 and EB-2/3) and adjustment of status. Experience in drafting PERMs is a plus. The associate will have extensive client contact with a bluechip list of companies, and will lead several client teams in servicing these significant clients. Interested candidates would have the opportunity to broaden their practice with a premier immigration team.
In accordance with firm policy, employees are expected to work in the office at least three days per week.
Compensation:
Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience and salary range is $200,000-$265,000.
