The associate will manage a litigation caseload from inception through resolution, including discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation. They will also represent clients in court proceedings and collaborate with senior attorneys to develop effective litigation strategies.
Candidates must hold a JD from an ABA-accredited law school and be admitted to practice in Washington D.C. and Maryland. A minimum of 4 years of defense litigation experience is required, with a preference for medical malpractice experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background handling litigation matters and understand any applicable underlying regulations. This role offers the opportunity to work on challenging cases and be at the forefront of litigating emerging legal issues, with talented colleagues throughout the country, and provide sound counsel to our clients.
