The Program Clerk is responsible for managing case files, updating internal and external systems, and maintaining case lists for reporting. They also handle client intake communications and respond to program-related inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred qualifications include an associate degree or paralegal certificate and at least two years of civil litigation experience. Candidates must possess strong computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Office and document management tools.

Wilson Elser is looking for a Program Clerk to join our team in our New York, Chicago, or Orlando office in a hybrid setting. This is an excellent opportunity for legal professionals who are interested in gaining fast-paced professional experience with a national law firm.

A variety of factors are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to experience, education, licensure and/or certifications, geographic location, market demands, other business and organizational needs, and other factors permitted by law. Final salary wages offered may be outside of this range based on other reasons and individual circumstances. This position is considered full-time and therefore qualifies for benefits including 401(k) retirement savings plan, medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance.
