The associate will focus on complex financing transactions, including securitizations and asset-based finance. They will partner with investment banks and investors to structure and negotiate bespoke transactions for sophisticated clients.
Applicants must have three to six years of law firm experience and be admitted to the New York Bar. Experience in structured finance and complex financing products is required.
