Unsere deutsche Disputes-Gruppe bietet umfassenden Konfliktlösungsservice für inländische und internationale Mandanten. Dieser reicht von komplexen Zivilrechtsstreitigkeiten vor nationalen Gerichten über internationale Schiedsverfahren bis hin zu strittigen aufsichtsrechtlichen Fragestellungen, Beratungen bei strafrechtlichen Ermittlungen und im Bereich des Risikomanagements. Ein Schwerpunkt unserer Praxis liegt in der Betreuung von internationalen Investor-Staat-Schiedsverfahren.
