Join our team at Medivet Bisley as our new Head Veterinary Nurse. Medivet Bisley is a community‑focused practice where pets and their owners are treated like family. Our team is known for its friendly approach, supportive atmosphere, and genuine passion for providing exceptional care.
As a Head Nurse you will be responsible for the clinical leadership of the nursing team ensuring we deliver exceptional care to our clients, patients and colleagues while maintaining the highest standards of clinical, regulatory and operational compliance.
With access to Medivet’s hub-and-spoke model, complex cases can be referred to our nearby 24‑hour hospital in Wokingham giving you access to advanced diagnostics, specialist teams, and a wider clinical network, modern equipment and clear development pathways. This is an excellent opportunity to further develop your leadership skills and make a meaningful impact.

This provides a valuable opportunity to experience a fast‑paced clinical environment, work alongside experienced hospital teams, and get hands‑on with more complex cases. It’s a great way to broaden your clinical skills, build confidence with advanced procedures, and continue your nursing career.
If you’re an experienced RVN who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys leading from the front, we’d love to welcome you into our Bisley team.

Life Assurance 3 x salary
Annual leave
5 weeks’ annual leave plus Bank Holidays, rising with length of service
Extra ‘Day for You’, a paid day off just for you
