The Veterinary Care Coordinator manages high-volume customer service calls to provide compassionate support for pet families navigating end-of-life care. Responsibilities include documenting medical information, scheduling appointments, and maintaining high standards of performance in a remote environment.
Candidates must have experience in high-volume call centers or customer service roles and possess the ability to learn custom software quickly. A reliable, hard-wired Ethernet connection is mandatory, along with the ability to attend a multi-week intensive training program.

As a Veterinary Care Coordinator, this position is FULLY REMOTE and you’ll become part of a diverse and dynamic team that provides compassionate conversations and customer service to pet families seeking our services.
