Position Summary
Mighty Auto Parts is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse & Administrative Assistant to support daily warehouse operations while assisting with office and administrative functions. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of responsibilities, can stay organized in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in accuracy and customer service.
The Warehouse & Administrative Assistant will split time between receiving and organizing inventory, preparing orders, maintaining accurate records, and providing administrative support to the sales, operations, and customer service teams.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Warehouse Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory shipments.
Organize products and maintain accurate warehouse inventory levels.
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for delivery or pickup.
Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
Operate warehouse equipment as needed and follow all safety procedures.
Load and unload deliveries and move products throughout the warehouse.
Monitor inventory shortages and communicate replenishment needs.
Administrative Responsibilities
Enter orders, invoices, and inventory transactions into company systems.
Answer incoming phone calls and provide basic customer support.
Assist with filing, scanning, and maintaining electronic records.
Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and documentation as assigned.
Support scheduling, data entry, and general office administration.
Assist with customer account management and order tracking.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company procedures.
Provide support to management and sales staff on special projects.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required.
Previous warehouse, inventory, administrative, or customer service experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical warehouse duties.
Valid driver's license preferred.
