The Maintenance Technician performs preventative maintenance and repairs on facility systems including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC. They also coordinate with contractors, manage warehouse inventory, and assist with event set-up and furniture relocation.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma and a valid US driver's license, with the ability to obtain a DOT health card. Preferred qualifications include Alabama state certifications in electrical, plumbing, or HVAC trades.
