Logan Services is looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our growing team in Dayton, Ohio.
As a CSR, you'll be one of the first people our customers interact with. You'll answer inbound calls, schedule HVAC and plumbing service appointments, answer questions, and help homeowners get the service they need—all while representing a company that has been serving Ohio families for more than 50 years.

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll help homeowners get the HVAC and plumbing services they need by creating a positive experience from their first phone call through their scheduled appointment.
You'll be responsible for handling inbound customer calls, scheduling service appointments, answering questions, and helping resolve concerns while working closely with our technicians, dispatchers, and other departments.
