The ideal candidate will have experience maintaining inventory accuracy, coordinating secure shipping and receiving operations, supporting asset audits, and ensuring compliance with asset management and disposition standards. Experience supporting large-scale R&D or engineering lab environments is highly desirable.

Coordinate secure packaging, shipping, and transportation of servers, storage systems, networking equipment, and associated hardware.
Maintain accurate asset records within asset management and inventory tracking systems.
Apply and validate asset tagging standards for all received and deployed equipment.
Manage inventory transactions including receiving, transfers, deployments, returns, repairs, and decommissions.
Ensure chain-of-custody procedures are followed for all assets entering or leaving the facility.
Inventory Control & Auditing
Perform routine inventory audits of both installed and uninstalled assets.
Conduct cycle counts, ABC inventory counts, and reconciliation activities to maintain inventory accuracy.
Monitor inventory levels and maintain appropriate stock levels for operational and spare parts inventories.
Support inventory reporting, discrepancy investigations, and corrective actions.
Maintain accurate location tracking for equipment across data center, warehouse, and lab environments.
Data Center Operations Support
Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to support installation, movement, and decommissioning of compute, network, and storage hardware.
Verify hardware configurations and asset records during deployment and removal activities.
Assist with rack-level inventory validation and physical asset verification.
Support project-based deployments and infrastructure refresh initiatives.
Asset Disposition & Compliance
Execute secure asset disposition processes in accordance with company policies and industry standards.
Coordinate e-waste handling, recycling, and destruction activities through approved vendors.
Ensure data-bearing devices are processed according to approved sanitization and destruction procedures.

Process Improvement
Identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy, logistics workflows, and asset lifecycle processes.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to logistics and inventory management.
Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize material flow and asset utilization.
We are primarily an in-office environment and therefore, you will be expected to work from the Dallas, TX office in compliance with Everpure's policies, unless you are on PTO, or work travel, or other approved leave.
