Serve as the technical lead for the Power Generation Design group, establishing engineering standards and guiding projects from conceptual to detailed design. Lead multidisciplinary teams and act as the technical authority in client meetings and design reviews.
Requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field and a Professional Engineer (PE) license. Candidates need 8+ years of progressive engineering experience, including at least 4 years of supervising or leading technical personnel.

As a Lead Engineer, you will be the technical cornerstone for helping build the Power Generation Design group. You will be involved in team development, client relationships, and project execution. This role is ideal for a highly experienced engineer who enjoys solving complex problems, building teams, business development, and leading project design teams across a variety of power generation projects.

The typical annual salary range for this role is as listed below. Compensation may vary based on geographic location, experience, and qualifications. Employees in this role may be eligible for our performance‑based bonus and merit increases.
