The Administrative Assistant provides support to administrative teams primarily assigned to the 560 Delaware location. This role requires full-time, in-office presence Monday through Friday to ensure consistent support for daily operations, unless otherwise stated or approved by the leader. Key responsibilities include processing incoming communication (mail, emails, phone calls, visitors, etc.), managing location access and handling deliveries. Additional support tasks may be assigned base on the needs of various special projects. |

Person Centered Services provides tailored care coordination services to individuals with Intellectual and/or Developmental Disabilities (I/DD). When New York State recognized the need for an improved, comprehensive, and conflict-free care management model for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, Person Centered Services answered the call. We are a Care Coordination Organization (CCO) that was formed by 31 existing developmental disability service providers and agencies, and today we employ over 600 highly experienced care coordinators with offices in each of the 18 counties we serve. Care Coordination connects the dots between all aspects of an individual’s care. A Life Plan, a holistic plan tailored to the individual is created to encompass every aspect of an individual’s care, including disability-related supports and other services like medical, dental, wellness, behavioral health, job assistance, housing, safety, transportation and more. Plans are constantly monitored and modified as an individual's goals, needs and life circumstances change. At Person Centered Services we're all about serving people. Our mission is to connect individuals to the care, support and opportunities that maximize their quality of life so they can reach their potential.
