The Lead Designer owns the creative output across the agency's client portfolio, translating strategic goals into multiple compelling visual options. They are responsible for maintaining high quality control and partnering with the technical lead to move designs into production.
Candidates must have senior-level conceptual ability, a strong portfolio, and fluency in Adobe Creative Suite and AI creative tools. Proficiency in Figma and experience presenting work to senior marketing stakeholders are highly valued.

You'll translate concepts, rough visual directions, and strategic goals into multiple compelling creative options, allowing clients to react to strong ideas rather than a single safe execution. Reporting directly to the agency owner, you'll work closely with the technical lead and participate in creative reviews with senior marketing stakeholders on the agency's most demanding accounts.
This role requires strong conceptual thinking, polished execution, speed, accuracy, and confident client communication.
