Conduct face-to-face and virtual enrollments for consumers receiving financial management services. Educate consumers on the self-direction model of care and ensure all enrollment documentation is accurate and compliant.
Requires at least 1 year of experience in a related field and proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service principles. An Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Services, or Marketing is preferred.

The Enrollment Specialist conducts face-to-face and virtual enrollments to consumers who will receive financial management services that support them in the self-direction model of care and serves as an advocate and promoter of self-direction by educating consumers and facilitating the consumer’s understanding of self-direction.
