Physical & Work Environment
This role is performed in a cold, wet seafood department environment with exposure to strong odors, ice, and water throughout the shift. The Seafood Department Manager must be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and safely operate sharp tools and seafood processing equipment. The position requires flexibility and availability for early mornings, weekends, and holidays to meet business demands.
