The Director of Government Affairs will strategize and execute public policy objectives to protect the organization's business interests across local, state, and federal levels. Key duties include monitoring legislative activities, drafting corporate position statements, and supporting public-private partnership initiatives.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in public policy or government affairs, preferably within the mobility or hospitality sectors. Strong leadership skills and the ability to analyze complex regulatory data are essential.
A Day in the Life:
The Director of Government Affairs will strategize, coordinate, and execute public policy objectives on behalf of the company. They will assist with the development and implementation of the government affairs strategies in relation to local, state, and federal legislative bodies and government agencies, to represent and protect the organization’s business plans and interests.
The starting salary for this role is $140,000, commensurate with experience
